In most cases you will study one module per component, but in some cases you may need to study more than one module. German Qualifications

Throughout your course you’ll have opportunities to apply your learning in our well-equipped labs. Individual and group projects will see you design, build and test products using state-of-the-art hardware, software and fabrication facilities. We offer an extended degree in this subject that you can access with lower entry requirements. The required grades in Mathematics and a science or technology subject must be achieved in your final examinations if you take them. If you do not take one of these subjects in your final examinations, you will need an average grade across 4 semesters in it. Level 3 Diploma achieved with Merit including three Level 3 subjects with 14 credits at Excellence including Mathematics and one other science or technology subject.

Key software for your course is available through remote access or installation on your computer. You’ll also be able to access MS Teams and Zoom through your university account. We also offer this course with a placement year, giving you the opportunity to gain work experience as part of your degree.

Foundation Progression Options
