Entry requirements are in the range of A-level BBB–BCC (120–104 UCAS Tariff points), or BTEC Extended Diploma DMM–MMM. Our conditional offers typically fall within this range. For UK and EU students, if Parliament permit an increase in tuition fees, we may increase fees for each subsequent year of study in line with any such changes. We will act in accordance with the UK’s laws in force in relation to student tuition fees and finance from time to time. This module introduces students to the application of elementary analogue and digital electronic techniques. Learning is enhanced through an active approach involving computer circuit simulation and the design of practical circuits. During your second year, you’ll develop your knowledge further, exploring areas including operating systems, computer networks, digital electronics, and analogue electronics. Working on projects designed in collaboration with leading companies, you’ll develop the skills and knowledge demanded by industry, through computing laboratories, practical project work and research-informed teaching.
